I am a Clinical Intern (Master's level) at Owens & Associates, working with adults, teens/adolescents, and children. My experience has shown me that emotional distress can be caused by our perception of who we are and the roles we play. This can create a sense that we will always be what we are with no chance for change or growth. This hopeless sense of being stuck keeps us from living fully and healthily now. It is my goal to empower my clients to reclaim their stories, live their lives fully, and to ride the waves of challenge and enjoy the times of happiness. I look forward to working with you on your journey to health!
