I specialize in working with 2e/gifted/highly sensitive/ND people dealing with anxiety, stress, perfectionism, and self esteem issues. Sometimes things just really suck. You feel like no one gets it; maybe no one gets YOU. Everyone else seems to have it together in a way that you can't even imagine right now. You feel completely overwhelmed by all the things you have to do. You just want to feel better.

I'm here to help. I’ll provide the space and support you deserve to create the life you want. I use a mix of talk therapy, experiential/arts options, and Brainspotting (a technique that helps release uncomfortable emotions). Together we’ll figure out what's going on, and we'll shift what isn't working. I’ll see you, I'll accept you, and I'll have your back.
