I specialize in intimacy and sexual health, helping individuals work through sexual trauma, past assault, compulsive sexual behaviors, and challenges around desire, identity, and connection. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in understanding
I help clients to understand family dynamics and how that contributes to their own identity and sense of self. Clients will identify their goals to ignite healing and to stop destructive behaviors and choices that have lead to feelings of frustration, loneliness, and crisis, or feelings of being stuck. Anxiety and depression does not need to hold you back.
These struggles can often affect the quality of life. Together, through the therapeutic process I work with clients to help dismantle their trauma and to unleash a life that they have always desired. Problems with intimacy can take many faces; ultimately, we want to be congruent with ourselves and those we love.
