Relationship stress can be one of the most impactful stressors. Relationships can (and should) bring joy to your life and help it become easier by having both partners share burdens and troubles. Relationships shouldn't feel like a constant battle, full of frustration, anger, resentment, and pain. From issues like a lack of communication all the way to issues with sex or betrayal, I aim to help guide each partner to equitable solutions for the relationship. We will explore how the past and trauma are impacting your current relationship, ways to rejoin as a couple, and new tools for communication and healing within the relationship.
I now offer discernment therapy. It is a process that aims solely to help couples decide if they want to stay together or end the relationship. I also offer Prepare/Enrich pre-marital and marital counseling. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I also offer a unique fast trauma processing procedure called ART-for PTSD, depression, anxiety, etc.
I understand that seeking therapy can feel like a daunting process and requires vulnerability. I aim to create a safe space for that vulnerability to allow you to heal and grow. My approach is warm and empathetic with a touch of humor. I am an inclusive therapist.
