In my practice, I am deeply committed to providing compassionate support and guidance to individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression. I understand that life can be challenging, and my goal is to offer a safe space where you can find relief, understanding, and the tools to regain joy and peace. I also specialize in working with couples, whether they are seeking premarital counseling to strengthen their foundation or relationship counseling to navigate through difficulties. I also work with families looking to reconnect or heal. I offer a supportive environment for families to address issues and unify.
My specialty is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to quickly treat many issues including PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, etc. I am also a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator for premarital and marital counseling. I also enjoy working with families to heal generational trauma and find new ways to join together.
I understand that the process of seeking therapy can feel like a daunting process and requires vulnerability. I aim to create a safe space for that vulnerability to allow you to heal and grow. My approach is warm and empathetic with a touch of humor. I am an inclusive therapist.
