I utilize an eclectic approach including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, solution focused and strengths based counseling that is catered to meet each individual's diverse needs. I offer a warm and collaborative relationship in a secure and confidential setting which allows for change and healing to occur.
In my practice, I have worked directly with children in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have assisted adults suffering from anxiety and depression build the future they want for themselves. I also assist families and couples build communication and conflict resolution skills.
