Healing begins when we feel truly seen and heard. Therapy is a safe and confidential space to begin that process. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in a season of transition, therapy offers a space to slow down, understand yourself more fully, and create lasting change. I work with individuals ages 20-50 to make sense of their experiences, process pain, and build greater clarity and resilience to move toward a more authentic and purposeful life.

My approach is psychodynamic and trauma-informed, helping clients explore how past experiences shape present patterns while developing greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. I tailor therapy to each person's unique needs, honoring your story, strengths, and goals throughout the process.
