I specialize in working with college students, competitive athletes, and adults experiencing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I provide individual therapy and practice from a psychodynamic and trauma informed lens to offer a relational approach to the therapeutic process.
I am dedicated to creating a safe and confidential space for my clients to identify and reconstruct the parts of themselves that are not serving. We form a relationship centered on trust and collaboration. I believe my clients are the experts of their experiences and it is my role to hold up the mirror.
