Are you struggling with trauma, triggers, postpartum, or just wondering what therapy is all about? I believe in whole person care and have been working with a wide range of patients for over seven years in the Oklahoma City area. I am a doctor of behavioral health, a LPC, and LPC supervisor who conducts psychotherapy for patients throughout their lifespan. I want to help you be the best version of yourself. I have extensive experience handling highly acute cases, including but not limited to chronic health conditions, comorbid conditions, and trauma. I am certified in trauma-informed care, women's health, integrated care, and Autism. By utilizing empathy, patient-centered care, and evidenced-based screening tools, I pinpoint the debilitating issues to treat.
