Many of the people I help want to change their relationships, improve communication and bonding, to increase self worth and assertiveness, manage stress/anxiety/burnout, navigate life transitions and just figure out adulting! I usually work with women and college age adults, but I also have experience beyond that age range, as well as working with couples. I believe counseling is a collaborative process and together we can help you reach your goals, guiding you to where life feels manageable and empowering you to create the life that you desire!
Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns. I combine the warmth of a person-centered approach with the structure of CBT, along with mindfulness based techniques for stress. By understanding the thoughts and beliefs behind behavior you gain clarity to decide what serves you the best.
