I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping individuals and families navigate relational challenges in order to create healthier and happier relationships. I specialize in family conflict, relationship issues, depression, trauma, and anxiety.
I completed my Master's degree in Family Therapy at Drexel University. My training in Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy grew my skills in helping clients develop stronger attachments, increase their emotional regulation, and utilize their communities more effectively.
