Hello, I'm Allison (Alli) Cox, an Associate Therapist at the Center for Compassion. My personal experiences with trauma and grief have fueled my deep passion for supporting others through their own struggles. Witnessing someone progress on their journey toward healing is incredibly fulfilling for me. During my practicum and internship at the Center for Compassion, I found that this work has greatly enhanced my empathy and compassion. I have developed a profound respect for the grieving process and am dedicated to helping others find their path to healing. My goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share your story.
I am drawn to humanistic, person-centered, mindfulness and strengths-based approaches because I believe that a safe, judgement free and grounding space helps to promote healing.
