Many adults I work with are thoughtful, capable professionals who, despite doing well on the outside, feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in their relationships. For some, these patterns trace back to growing up in chaotic or unpredictable families, including being an adult child of an alcoholic, where staying alert, managing emotions, or keeping the peace became second nature. Therapy offers a place to slow down, understand these patterns more clearly, and move forward with intention.

I work with thoughtful, high-functioning adults who find themselves caught in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, and self-doubt. Using cognitive and somatic approaches, therapy becomes a place to slow down, understand the patterns beneath the stress, and develop steadier ways of responding so you can feel more confident in your decisions and relationships.

The first session is considered an assessment session for 80 mins at $240. I am out of network, but can provide a superbill. Depending on your insurance provider they may reimburse you. Please reach out with any questions, we are happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable.
