I do this from the standpoint of both a licensed therapist, as well as a person who has been through these experiences myself. This allows me to step into a greater capacity for empathy and understanding.
I am a Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I have specific training in Perinatal Mood Disorders from Postpartum Support International. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings.
