I believe everyone can benefit from a safe and nonjudgmental space to process the many stressful things going on in life. I specialize helping high achieving/young professionals and 1st-2nd generation adults find harmony in their work, family, relationships, and personal growth. If you struggle with managing anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and just aren't satisfied with where you and/or your relationships are in life, therapy can help you reground yourself in your values and increase confidence to make the day-to-day easier. I help my clients learn how to prioritize their needs without comprising their relationships or life!
I enjoy working with adults navigating life transitions, people-pleasing tendencies, anxiety, relationship problems, confidence issues, trauma, or those who simply want a space to talk things through. I utilize client-centered therapy, CBT, mindfulness, attachment theory, relational therapy, strengths based, and solutions focused therapy.
