As your therapist, I will work beside you to create the changes you desire. I have experience working with children and families through the School System as a School Counselor/Art Educator. Building relationships are essential to my practice. I believe therapy can be achieved through different approaches including play and art! I am a Registered Play Therapist with additional training in Art Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness.
Being a Registered Play Therapist, I love working with families. I have training with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and relationships. I like to consider myself a multi dimensional counselor that will meet you where you are and help you grow your strengths!

Change comes when we learn that the only person we can change is ourselves, our reactions and our path. For the littles, play helps us feel and express emotions in a developmentally appropriate way!
