I enjoy working with parents coping with pregnancy and postpartum concerns, or other individuals struggling with trauma, grief, or anxiety.

I have the skills and knowledge to help you find contentment in life again. As a certified EMDR provider, I can help in a unique way that you may not have experienced with other therapists. I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health from Postpartum Support International.
