I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-informed care, trauma-informed care, body-focused interventions, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems ( IFS) and I am a level-one Gottman-trained therapist. I have additional training in perinatal mental health as well as sexual issues and difficulties.
