Through the Hakomi Method of mindful somatic psychotherapy and EFT bilateral tapping for trauma (which is safer and more grounding than EMDR), you learn to meet your emotions with curiosity, not judgment. These gentle, body-based approaches help you release patterns that keep you stuck and feel more grounded, present, and whole after each session.
