I specialize in working with adults and adolescents (16+) navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by past experiences. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore what is holding them back and gain insight and tools needed to feel more grounded, empowered, confident, and connected in their lives.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to support healing and long-term change. My style is collaborative and compassionate, focused on helping clients feel empowered, understood, and capable of meaningful change.
