I specialize in working with adults experiencing OCD and anxiety-related disorders. As someone who has lived with OCD, I understand how exhausting and isolating intrusive thoughts can be. You're not alone in this. I use evidence-based approaches like Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support you in building a life that feels more open, grounded, and flexible. I'm also trained in Habit Reversal for skin picking/hair pulling
My approach is active and collaborative—we’ll work together to build and practice skills during sessions so they feel doable and effective in daily life.

When I’m not in the therapy room, I’m usually watercolor painting, slowly learning Spanish, or hanging out with my two cats—who regularly make guest appearances during telehealth sessions.
