I am located in New Orleans, Louisiana and I believe you are deserving of the healing and love you seek. You are worthy of support and having space held for you to be safe and open. My goal is to hold space for you, nurture your inner healer and empower you to grow in the way you always knew was possible. My encouragement to you is to allow yourself the space and time to heal through therapy. Give yourself the permission to be gentle and begin your introspective journey in a safe and calming therapeutic environment. You are the curator for what works best for you. My hope is to be the support you need.

I provide direct therapeutic services using evidence based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, Internal family systems (IFS), EMDR, creative and somatic therapy techniques. I am trained in psychedelic intervention integration and provide support to clients before and after using Ketamine therapy provided by an MD.

I am dedicated to preserving, strengthening and enhancing the well-being and self-sufficiency of individuals and families at every stage of life, I believe in serving the whole person's environment, regardless of race, religion, health conditions, impairments, gender, or sexual orientation.
