Take a deep breath, and allow me the privilege of being curious with you while we figure it out. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist for 20 years. We are the experts on ourselves, but we forget about this when life takes an unexpected turn. There is nothing wrong with you that what's right with you cannot fix. I help individuals/couples understand and navigate the challenges of ADHD, especially people unaware it may be the cause of their anxiety, depression, and focus issues. Many people with ADHD struggle with deadlines, task completion, and relationship/work issues. I have a medication provider I can refer you to as well a psychiatrist who works with ketamine
Whatever is good for the brain is good for the body. If you are stressed, depressed, anxious, or defeated, let's work together to figure out how to get off the treadmill.
