I believe all clients are experts in their lives. As humans, we all have an innate ability to overcome challenges, which come up daily. I work hard to foster a safe and collaborative space to develop understanding to guide you to identify and discover your strengths to overcome these barriers through an integrative approach to cultivate change. I believe we live in a multifaceted world which can make it difficult for us to be our authentic selves. I want to help deepen your understanding of who you are through actions, meaning, and emotions, and how you can share yourself with the world.

I work with individuals, relationships, and families. I specialize in LGBQ+ and Trans & Gender Expansive Care in various contexts. I also work in relationship enrichment, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationships impacted by chronic health concerns. I utilize an integrative approach based on queer-positive, intersectional feminism, & anti-oppression.

I have been in the mental health field in various inpatient and outpatient settings since 2009. I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help, especially since we all come from diverse backgrounds and unique life experiences. I am infinitely humbled by the work I do with clients.
