I'm experienced in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, high-stress professions, caregivers, military veterans, and adults with neurological difficulties due to head injury, cancer, or natural aging. We'll work collaboratively, allowing you to have input into the therapy process in order to decrease emotional distress and increase of hope, purpose, and joy.
Whether you are new to therapy or looking for a new therapist, I will walk you through the process and provide a comfortable therapeutic environment.
