I especially enjoy working with individuals in couples counseling, LGBTQ+ clients, those exploring their identities, and individuals healing from narcissistic abuse or unhealthy relationship patterns. Therapy is a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we explore emotions, build coping skills, strengthen boundaries, and create meaningful change. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, self-compassion, confidence, and resilience.

Using a strengths-based approach, I incorporate cognitive reframing, emotional processing, and practical coping strategies to support growth, improve communication, and help clients navigate challenges with greater clarity and self-confidence.
