Are you tired of tantrum meltdowns over small deals? Are you frustrated that your son won't listen to you? Do you worry about your daughter having healthy friendships? Parenting is a tough job and I'm here to help support you and your family to make life a little easier. Through evidenced based practices, we will work together to explore stressors and create new healthy ways of communicating, strengthening relationships, and most importantly allowing a safe space for your child to express their thoughts and feelings in order to elicit positive change and growth.
As a licensed therapist with a Masters in Childhood Development, I bring a unique perspective to help children interpret meaning in their world. Often times, children are unable to express why they feel angry. I will help your child develop ways to cope with difficult feelings and communicate needs/wants through healthy outlets.
Additionally, I provide supervision for LMSW's seeking licensure. Please contact me for a free phone consultation and begin our journey to find more balance and peace.
