I am certified in EMDR and can help you heal old wounds that keep you stuck in past trauma, anxiety, and perfectionistic cycles. In our work together, I will help you learn to feel safe in your own body, reduce the intensity of triggers you experience, and help you find the more grounded life you deserve.
