As a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist trained in Family Systems therapy, I work with individuals & families by recognizing how each person’s experiences impact the whole system. My ideal client is someone who is willing to show up, work hard, & face challenges with honesty & courage. They are open to self-reflection & committed to bettering themselves—not only as an individual, but also within their relationships. Even when the work feels uncomfortable, they value growth, accountability, & meaningful change.

I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, & families & specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse & addiction, pre-marital counseling, stress management, divorce, & parenting issues.

As your coach & teammate I will support & assist in your healing process while providing a safe, judgment free space. At Inspire Change Counseling we work with the body as a whole for a holistic approach referring to appropriate providers such as nutritionists, chiropractors, & doctors to help rule out physical factors that may be contributing to symptoms.
