I've also successfully supported adolescents & adults facing transition stress, as well as those managing generalized or social anxiety disorders. Nature and movement are excellent compliments to therapy. For interested clients I offer walk-and-talk, nature-informed therapy at various outdoor locations in Columbia, MD. These sessions are available year-round, weather permitting (with telehealth as a back-up modality). Unplug, reconnect, heal, and grow in a therapy setting unlike any other!

Establishing trust and creating a safe working relationship is my first priority; from there, I lean heavily on experiential and mindfulness-based approaches.
