Do you feel disconnected from yourself? Have anxiety or depression? I take an integrative and strength-based approach to healing that attends to the mind, body, and spirit. I believe that humans are inherently resilient and what may have worked to help you cope in the past, may not be working for you in the present. This can show up through behaviors such as isolating from others, internalizing other people's behavior as your fault, scanning for threat, addictions, risk taking, over working, perfectionism, etc. I want to help you rediscover your strengths and deepen your sense of hope so you can lead a more vital, exuberant life.
I think of psychotherapy as an incubator for personal and emotional growth. My intention is to cultivate a sense of safety where you can uncover, explore, and heal wounds or traumas while liberating your innate ability to connect and thrive. I work creatively, in the moment, and within the context of the therapeutic relationship, to promote organic healing.

Groups
Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse
8 week group for women focused on processing the impact CSA has on your adult life. There will be a general theme each week to structure the processing and discussion. Theme's will include how trauma has impacted your nervous system, how to regulate challenging emotions, parenting shame, recognizing personal entitlements, and reconnecting to one's self and other relationships. Group sessions are 1:15 mins. Limited to 4-6 individuals per group *Next group will start in the summer of 2025 on Thursdays
