I specialize in play therapy & creative arts approaches, child-led, to help clients move toward healing & wholeness. Topics addressed- grief, behavior, perfectionism, chronic illness. For adults, I value creating a safe place for clients to process, heal, and move toward greater insight and healthier ways of relating. Current or previous relationships have a tremendous impact on mental health; I am here to help connect the dots to your experiences of life- coping with the wounds of the past, present challenges or fears of the future.
I consider client’s family system & value supporting clients in processing and healing relationship/attachment wounds. I also incorporate techniques & tools from cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients recognize thinking patterns and false beliefs that are negatively impacting mental health. I can also help you grieve & accept chronic illness and pain.
