I am a playful and tender adult who does their best work with humans 2-12 and their caregivers. In the world of play therapy, toys are words, and young clients have a safe space to explore, and process in their own language. I also strive to support caregivers in the ebb and flow of raising young humans. Most of my clients are kids, but we are all children at heart, and I am open to seeing people of all ages. My hope is that we build a safe space together, and I will meet you where you are at, with radical acceptance and care.
I believe the basis of therapeutic work lies in genuine and authentic relationship. To me, this means we spend our time in the room together connecting, playing, celebrating and addressing conflict as it arises – practicing being human. My approach to therapeutic relationships is person-centered, healing-centered, affirming and anti-oppressive.
Y’all, I want to laugh and be silly and exist with you, and honor all of the good and bad and in between-in your life. If you are a caregiver or a young human who could use some support, or if you connected to all of this, I'd love to welcome you into my space.

I provide play therapy for young ones from a child-centered and child-led approach, supporting kiddos in processing their experience in their own way. I work to dignify and honor each person in my space as the experts of their experience - even littles! Also notably, most of my clients are members of the queer community. Shared identity and safe space supports an affirming therapy experience.

My approach is eclectic, because each person deserves their own carefully curated mix of interventions. With kiddos, I use child-centered play therapy in combination with psychoeducation and coaching for parents periodically. For others, its a playful mix of narrative therapy, CBT, ACT and solutions-focused work, all from a relational approach.
