I am passionate about working with survivors of sexual trauma, religious and spiritual concerns, and religious trauma. I also specialize in working through issues of identity concerns and self-esteem. I see how difficult it is to know yourself honestly and to love yourself for who you are. Knowing who we are and embracing ourselves is a journey.
Therapy is not easy. Often, it can feel dark, scary, and painful. I know two things about this process: 1. You do not have to do this alone. I will be with you every step of the way 2.
