Are you feeling stuck? Do you know what is wrong, but not how to fix it? Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Missouri, with a second License in Illinois. I received my Masters from the University of St Louis and have been practicing for over 30 years. I help people of all ages struggling with emotional regulation, the management of symptoms of depression or anxiety, stress, life transitions, anger management, parenting, and burnout to become the best versions of themselves. We focus on what is helpful and let go of what is right or wrong.
I incorporate research based techniques such as CBT, Positive Intelligence, DBT, ACT, mindfulness training, etc. I am working on certification as a Positive Intelligence Coach. I'm a Certified Ho'oponopono practitioner, 2nd degree Reiki Master and 25 year Shamanic Practitioner.
