I have been in practice for almost 30 years, which seems like yesterday to me, in so many ways. I originally began working as an independent contractor with a large medical group, and had the privilege of working with amazing clients going through all phases of life. I worked specifically in an OBGYN office setting seeing individuals, couples, and families who were referred after visiting their physician and discussing a need for a referral.
I have specifically focused on postpartum depression, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, medical issues, eating disorders, body image, marital stress/discord, parenting, blending families, divorce, life stressors, and trauma.
I now have a private practice in a quiet setting for individuals, couples, and families to feel more at home in a confidential atmosphere. I recently did a “therapy room extreme makeover” for the purpose of creating a calm, inviting space for my clients, and myself. My goal is for my clients to enter, feel and know, that they are in a safe space, always.
