Not Taking Any Clients, And Waitlist is Closed At This Time. Feelings of depression, anxiety and loneliness can stem from a multitude of experiences. These can include those who have experienced trauma; or, someone who is Neurodiverse and is attempting to navigate their life and understand who they are in this world. Sometimes the depression and anxiety are absolutely crippling, to the point where it feels like there is just no way out. Or, you may be a parent with a child who is just struggling and you feel like you have tried everything possible, to help and understand your child but it seems like nothing has worked.
I can help, through providing a combination of therapeutic approaches; some include: Psychoeducation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Family Systems approaches. I work in the here-and-now, by providing different ways to help you cope and appropriately reframe experiences. I also enjoy working with children and have much patience to give.
If you are experiencing any of these, or more, I would enjoy coming alongside you and helping you reach your goals. I believe in not being above my clients, but working side-by-side together. You create the map for your life, and I help by providing the tools for it. I truly believe in being authentic and wanting to help you feel in control of your life.
