We offer Community Based Rehab Services. We have two offices in Idaho. One is located in Nampa and the other in Star. We have several experienced Counselors ready to meet your needs. We offer Medication Management with a Certified Psychiatric Nurse Specialist, a Psychiatrist, and Case Managers.
Walk ins are welcome. Come into either of our two locations to set up an appointment today. We accept Medicaid, Medicare and some other types of private insurance.
