Welcome! I’m Allie, an LGBTQIA+ identifying therapist who helps individuals, couples, and families deepen and find sturdiness in their relationships with themselves and each other. If you’re looking to feel more grounded, confident, and solid in who you are, I provide a supportive space where you can develop the inner stability that allows you to move through life with greater clarity and self-trust. My belief is that healing begins with connection. Together, we’ll explore new ways of relating to yourself and others, building capacity for vulnerability that feels safe and empowering.
You can expect me to be a compassionate and fully present partner in your process—bringing clinical skill, authenticity, and often a touch of warm humor to our work. Difficult experiences inevitably shape how we see ourselves and the world around us; you don’t have to untangle that alone, and you get to decide how to reshape your perspective.
Therapy with me will look like: slowing down, attuning to the body, noticing how emotions and beliefs are felt in bodily sensations, and gently loosen patterns that keep you stuck. With couples and families, we will grow your capacity to listen, understand, and set helpful boundaries. I hope to create sturdier ground together.
