Allie is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in supporting the emotional well-being of children and adolescents. She earned her master’s degree in social work from the University of Nebraska Omaha and her bachelor’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Morningside College. Blending academic knowledge with hands-on experience, she is passionate about helping young clients better understand themselves and build lifelong emotional skills.

Allie creates a calm, welcoming space where children feel safe to express emotions and process their experiences. As a former public school social worker, she understands the daily challenges children face and believes that when kids can identify their feelings, they can learn to manage them in healthy, constructive ways.

Her approach is compassionate, engaging, and strengths-based. Allie helps children develop emotional regulation skills, resilience, and confidence while advocating for their needs.
