I am EMDR-trained and use evidence based approach that may incorporate ACT, DBT, IFS, attachment-based, mindfulness, and somatic approaches. My goal is to create a space where you can begin developing a different relationship with yourself. You don't have to minimize what you've been through or have it all figured out.
