I specialize in perinatal/postpartum mental health and trauma. I do so by creating a safe space in order to build a strong therapeutic relationship. It is then that we can explore your personal experience while working to discover and strengthen coping skills to promote resiliency. My work is heavily trauma informed with roots in Attachment work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
I have extensive experience supporting those navigating trauma in the maternal & perinatal period including loss, complex medical diagnosis, NICU stays, and birth trauma. My work has also afforded me the opportunity to partner with clients coping with a range of mental health concerns related to grief, loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
I believe that everyone has the ability to overcome and grow from life’s many challenges.It is a true privilege to partner with my clients during their journey and have the opportunity to play a part in their healing process.
