Hi! I'm Allie. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that serves both Arizona and Alabama clients. I specialize in treating children, teens, and young adults that have a wide range of mental health issues ranging from trauma, depression, issues with bullying, general anxiety, and social skills development. My treatments involve general cognitive therapies, play therapy, sand therapy, and EMDR.
A special aspect of my practice, Life Anchors Child & Adolescent Counseling LLC, is that I am able to treat clients that require either general counseling or trauma based counseling. I am an Registered Play Therapist, National Certified EMDR Therapist, National Board Certified Counselor, and a Clinical Supervisor in Arizona.
Throughout my career, I have strictly focused on treating children and adolescents, and young adults. I now maintain practices in both Arizona (in-person / virtual) and Alabama (virtual only) and have lengthy experience in utilizing both practice styles for my specialties.
