Allie Reed
Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, LMHC, NCC, MA
**As of January 2021, Waitlist spots are available for telehealth clients residing in Oregon or Washington.** If you would like to be on my waitlist, feel free to email with your insurance information and focus in therapy. The values I hold and create in therapy are grounding, humor, authenticity, compassion, creativity, balance, safe space, emotional understanding, and trusting relationship. I offer professional mental health counseling for individual adults, young adults, and couples with a focus on anxiety, depression, relationships, and life transitions. My approach is evidence-based and collaborative.
I have experience in agency settings at Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient levels, including leading process and skills groups based in ACT, stabilizing adults, families, and teens struggling with mood disorders, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational distress.
My pronouns are She/Her/Hers. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to culturally competent care. I continuously work to understand how my social locations impact the therapeutic space and relationship. I believe in holding a space for people - one that is accepting, encouraging, warm, funny, and challenging when needed.
