Specializing in Couples and Sex Therapy>Most couples or individuals have moments where life stages or changes feel hard or maybe you have mismatched desire. I want to help you move through that space and create a pleasurable, fulfilling life. I hold space for the grief for what we expected life would look like or how your relationship/life would or used to be. I work to improve communication via attachment work, redefine what works for you/the relationship and help you recreate or maintain intimacy and connection with your partner as you navigate changes. I bring laughter and a safe space to each of my clients in our work together.

As we age, our bodies change, maybe we get sick or have had a past struggle of eating disorders/body image which impacts sex, relationship with self and our partner(s). I've done extra training in sex therapy, couples work and somatic practices. With a background in yoga, I believe it is important to think holistically as well as systemically.

Change in general can be uncomfortable. Talking about sex can be difficult and feel personal at times. I'm here to hold a safe space for whatever emotions come up in the process of recreating your relationship. We will move at your comfort level. Along with holistic, somatic check ins and Narrative Theory, I use an approach called Developmental Model which brings in attachment, neuroscience and differentiation. Think parts of RLT and EFT.
