About
Hi there! I’m a nationally board-certified and Oregon licensed music therapist. I care deeply about connection, and helping people discover their genuine inner self through creative arts and psychotherapy. As a counseling graduate intern, I am able to offer affordable therapy with the professionalism you deserve. I will be graduating in 2022 from Northern Arizona University. I am currently working under the supervision of Andrew K Lundgren, M.A., LMFT - T0711 & LPC - C2301 at Dirkse Counseling & Consulting, Inc., to receive my counseling associate license. Please leave me a message at the company number listed if I don't answer.
I have a diverse, inclusive and eclectic work experience with all individuals: types, abilities and disabilities. I believe in treating a person holistically using an overall approach of unconditional positive regard. Throughout treatment I may gravitate towards different therapeutic approaches from an integrative stand point depending on your needs.
Individuals from all walks of life are welcome in my office, and it’s important to me to always create an atmosphere of honesty, openness, and safety for my clients. As a note, I provide both music therapy services and traditional psychotherapy depending on desire and fit for you. I look forward to assisting you in the brave journey of personal growth.

Caregiver Support
The care that caregivers provide can oftentimes lead to burnout and feelings of isolation or even resentment. This is a support group specifically for caregivers who provide care to a person with a disability and may even receive other supports from organizations (e.g. brokerages, peer support, vocational rehabilitation, etc.). This group will provide a connection between group members, and offer feelings of camaraderie, be an outlet for stress, and a sounding board of resources for clients from a caregiver experience. It will offer guidance in developing effective coping skills, and exploration of your identity outside a caregiver role.
