I specialize in working with adults and teens aged 14 and up who experience difficulties managing the day to day of anxiety, depression, relationships, and/or past traumatic experiences. If you feel lost, disconnected, or unfulfilled in life, or your mental health or past experiences impede your ability to function, I can help create a plan to move you forward.
Because your life experiences are unique, your counseling experience should be too. I have an eclectic approach, meaning that your treatment will include a variety of tools and theories tailored to your specific strengths, preferences and circumstances.
I draw from approaches including person-centered therapy, internal family systems therapy, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and trauma-informed care.
I believe that the most important catalyst for change is creating a space of acceptance and connection where you feel comfortable to be you. I like to show up as myself, with hopes that you will too.
