Many couples come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of misunderstanding, emotional distance, and disconnection that are difficult to shift alone. I specialize in couples therapy focused on emotional safety, repair, and deeper intimacy. Using an IFS-informed, trauma-aware approach, we explore the patterns beneath conflict and build new ways of relating. I offer 90-minute sessions for deeper relational work.
I bring a warm, open, and collaborative presence to my work.
