My focus is helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges with confidence, resilience, and practical support. I work with individuals experiencing ADHD, generalized anxiety disorder, depression, panic attacks, postpartum depression, and life transitions. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes that improve their overall well-being.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I utilize evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop lasting strategies for growth.
Drawing from experience in community-based mental health, crisis intervention, care coordination, and individual therapy, I strive to balance validation with skill-building, helping clients make meaningful progress both in and outside of sessions.
