Often people suppress some or all of who they are. Suffering occurs when your access to your whole self and your desires is blocked. My focus is helping you understand the dynamics that prevent you from moving forward.
Therapy facilitates a unique experience where thoughts and feelings are given time and space to unfold. Together we will unearth self defeating behaviors and perceptions which are blocks to experiencing fulfilling relationships.
