Whether you're navigating anxiety, codependency, childhood trauma, identity questions, or simply a sense that something is missing or out of alignment, I walk with you at your pace, with reverence and compassion. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and heart-centered. I believe that therapy is not about fixing you, because you’re not broken.
